After suffering an ankle inflammation, Brooklyn’s Deron Williams will return after the All-Star Break according to the Nets PR Department on Twitter.

Deron Williams received a platelet-rich plasma therapy on Monday. Although he is expected to return after the All-Star Break,  there is no guarantee Deron will play on February 19th against the Milwaukee Bucks.
