Ronnie Brewer to become an unrestricted free agent
According to John Hollinger of ESPN, the Chicago Bulls have now informed Ronnie Brewer that his $4.37 million option won’t be picked up for the 2012-2013 season and will make him an unrestricted free agent. The six year veteran out of Arkansas meant a tremendous part to coach Tibb’s defense. The Bulls most likely made this move to free up some cap space and make their long waited off-season plans. Brewer averaged nearly 25 minutes per game, and started 43 games for Chicago last season.
